Employee benefits are a powerful tool for attracting and retaining talent. They increase employees' overall compensation in addition to their fixed salary, at a lower cost to the employer since they are exempt from social security contributions. You can offer up to €6,000 in additional purchasing power to any employee through benefits (which would have been the equivalent of €15,000 in gross salary including social security contributions).
