Frequently asked questions

You define your criteria and we simplify management (coverage, amounts to be paid, etc.) from your HR administration interface. For example, at Worklife, parents receive €150/month and non-parents, €100/month (100% paid by the company). However, these categories must be objective and non-discriminatory.

Yes, the percentage adjustable from 50% to 100%.

  • Worklife saves you money by removing outdated losses.
  • Integration of Yoopies, France's #1 Home care network, on the Worklife app to quickly find care.
  • 100% visibility of home care via the app, right at your employees' fingertips
  • Ease of use including automatic processing and centralised management in a few clicks.

You can choose to make your home care allowance available on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your company policy. It can then be easily managed on a case-by-case basis from your HR dashboard. We do, however, recommend that you establish employee categories that respect equality within the workplace.

The home care allowance can be spent on the Worklife application (via Yoopies) and any company declared as an "entreprise de service à la personne" (homecare service company.) Some self-employed caregivers also fall into this category, as do some home-based sport coaches.
