Pluxee (ex-Sodexo) is an established player in the meal voucher sector. Its offering has gradually expanded to include other employee benefits, operated in part by specialized partners such as Skipr for sustainable mobility or Gymlib for sports. Pluxee' s offer is thus structured around a multi-actor management of benefits, with the Pluxee application providing unified access to meal vouchers and sustainable mobility.

Pluxee's business model is based on a system of affiliation and commissions: merchants and restaurateurs must join Pluxee's network of partners in order to accept payment by Pluxee card, and grant the issuer a pre-negotiated commission which, according to the French Competition Authority, is between 3.5% and 4.55%.

A subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, Worklife offers a solution that transforms meal vouchers into commitment vouchers. The meal voucher app is the company tool most consulted by employees (ahead of the intranet and the corporate social network). By offering a solution integrating meal vouchers and all other employee benefits on a single card and a single app customized in the company's colors, Worklife enhances the value of the entire social policy. Employees are exposed on an almost daily basis to the benefits available to them, and become aware that their company is the initiator of these benefits, and not a third-party issuer.

Worklife charges no commission to merchants or restaurateurs (only the standard bank charges for a card transaction are applied to the merchant or restaurateur acquirer), which broadens the possibilities for card acceptance. As there are no commissions, all establishments are directly able to accept payments with the Worklife card.

For HR departments, the platform integrates an administrator area and reporting tools enabling them to monitor the use of the various benefits and adjust the social policy according to the data observed.

Discover our meal voucher offer

As soon as the meal vouchers have been set up via Worklife, your employees can use their new card, topped up with the previously defined amount. We do not transfer vouchers. Vouchers still available from your previous issuer can be used until the balance is used up, in the same way as before.

By law, meal vouchers cannot be used outside working days, i.e. Sundays and public holidays. If your employees work on these days, it is possible to activate the use of meal vouchers.

Worklife meal vouchers are valid for the calendar year to which they are credited, and until the last day of February of the following year. After that date, Worklife automatically extends the year of validity, without any action on your part.
