In spring 2021, Saint-Gobain, a leading group in the construction sector, is launching the "Agir Durablement" program. Ambitious, it is based on 4 pillars: green mobility, sustainable projects, energy renovation and the subject of diversity and inclusion.
Saint-Gobain's objective is simple: to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Against this backdrop of strong social and environmental commitment, the Group is looking for a partner to help it set up the Forfait Mobilités Durables (FMD).
With more than 30,000 employees, it was essential for the Group to work with a partner who could offer a flexible, easy-to-manage solution that centralized all information relating to employees' personal pension plans in one place.
For Saint-Gobain, the challenge was toencourage the use of soft mobility within its workforce, while offering employees freedom in their choice of transport.
The Worklife solution proved to be an appropriate response: employees were equipped with a payment card enabling them to finance the whole range of sustainable transport options, coupled with a mobile application to track their spending in real time. All without having to pay in advance.
With Worklife, Saint-Gobain has also been able to count on the deployment of employee benefits such as luncheon vouchers and personal services. The Group has opted for a multi-benefit technological solution designed to help it achieve its strategic objectives.
Thanks to Worklife, Saint-Gobain employees benefit from a single, employer-branded application that centralizes all the benefits offered by their company, including those external to Worklife, such as their health insurance.
Administrators benefit from a scalable, fully customizable management interface, which provides them with detailed KPIs on the employee benefits used and enables them to adjust their salary policy.
The 1,250 employees on board during the Group's pilot phase have been won over by the solution: 93% of the employees equipped regularly use their card to spend money with sustainable mobility players. They are thus committed to Saint-Gobain's ecological project.
