Its Pass Mobilité covers a range of services: sustainable mobility package, mobility credit, public transport season tickets, transport bonus and parking reimbursement.
Employees have a choice of payment methods (physical or virtual card, IBAN, Xpay), and can access a marketplace offering mobility-related equipment and services.
Payments are limited to the balance of the mobility account, with no possibility of adding a personal supplement when making a purchase.
On the corporate side, a platform is used to manage employee accounts.
Worklife, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, offers an integrated solution that covers both sustainable mobility (public transport costs, sustainable mobility package, mobility credit, transport bonus) and all social benefits such as luncheon vouchers, personal services, gift allowance, etc. All benefits are grouped together in a multi-benefit Mastercard and promoted in a mobile application that can be customized to the company's image.

In addition to payment by card, Worklife offers a system of reimbursement by transfer to the employee's IBAN, within six working days.
Companies have access to an administrator's area, enabling them to manage all the systems in place, access detailed monitoring data, and evaluate usage with a view to adapting their social policy. In particular, it is possible to track indicators linked to sustainable mobility, such as ecological impact.

If you already have a Kilometric Allowance policy for bikes in place, it is possible to include it in the SMP.
If this scheme is not currently in place at your company: the Forfait Mobilités Durables (Sustainable Mobility Package) replaces the IKV.

Electric scooters are not yet available as part of the Sustainable Mobility Package.
On the other hand, electric scooters have been available since January 2022, as well as monoroues, gyropods, skateboards and hoverboards).
The self-service rental of electric mopeds is nevertheless possible.
