They increase employees' overall compensation in addition to their fixed salary, at a lower cost to the employer since they are exempt from social security contributions. You can offer up to €6,000 in additional purchasing power to any employee through benefits (which would have been the equivalent of €15,000 in gross salary including social security contributions).
Worklife is the only solution that allows you to combine so many benefits on one payment card. However, there's nothing to stop you setting up a single benefit! A single employee benefit or all of them combined: depending on your needs and HR policy, it's up to you. Worklife also lets you offer customized benefits. Yes, it is possible to combine the two. Our HR and CSE clients from the same company regularly collaborate during NAO negotiations to offer the best possible benefits to their employees. You will then be able to visually distinguish between HR benefits and CSE benefits in your Worklife application.
Worklife is a CNTR-approved issuer of meal vouchers, not just an aggregator. This means that we operate all the financial advantages on our Worklife payment card. However, you also have the option of displaying your third-party benefits (mutual insurance, employee savings schemes, etc.) in the app, to centralize the source of information for your social base, and thus enhance the experience of your employees.
