This is a sum allocated by the employer directly on the Worklife card and app. It can be a bonus normally paid via the pay slip (value-sharing bonus, co-optation bonus, seniority bonus, sales bonus, etc.), or a scheme tailor-made by the company to support or reward all or some of its employees.The personalized benefit can also take the form of an automatic discount granted to your employees on your products. By paying for their purchases in your store network with their Worklife card, your employees will instantly benefit from their discount.

It all depends on the type of benefit. Bonuses are an element of salary, and are therefore included in the base for social security contributions (with the exception of the médaille du travail and the value-sharing bonus), while a discount on your products can benefit from exemptions up to a maximum reduction of 30% on the selling price.
