Dematerialised CESU for personal services

The dematerialised CESU allows you to finance personal services like CESU cheques. Easy to use, exemption from charges

The dematerialised CESU enables the financing of personal services in the same way as the CESU cheques. The dematerialised CESU is a payment voucher that does not involve any paper device and is managed entirely from an online account. The scheme gives the company the opportunity to increase the purchasing power of its employees and improve their work/life balance.

What services can be paid for with dematerialised CESU?

The services that can be paid for with the dematerialised CESU are numerous: childcare, childminders, tutoring, home lessons, home meal delivery, DIY, gardening, housekeeping and odd jobs, ironing, help for the elderly or disabled.

CESU dematerialized, what are the advantages for users?

Increased purchasing power

First and foremost, for users, dematerialized CESUs represent a significant income supplement. They enable users to call on more than 20 different types of personal services to support them in their daily tasks, and to benefit from a tax credit ranging from 25% to 50% of the amount spent, up to a limit of €2,301 per employee per year. In this way, the CESU contributes to the well-being of the beneficiary, enabling him or her to strike an ideal balance between professional and private obligations.

Easy to use

It is also an accessible, simple and quick solution. Beneficiaries of the dematerialised CESU can pay for personal services on a dedicated web portal and therefore no longer need to resort to the traditional paper cheque. There are no longer any transactions to be made with the service provider, who is paid by means of a transfer made directly from the beneficiary's account. This makes it possible to pay the worker in a few clicks, to the nearest cent and in complete security. Dematerialisation thus avoids the inconvenience of lost or damaged paper cheques.

CESU dematerialized, what are the advantages for the company?

The dematerialised CESU is totally exempt from social security charges, like its paper version.

The dematerialized CESU will enable the financer to better manage human resources, salary policies and tax situation, and constitutes an exemption from social charges, up to a ceiling of €2,301 per year per employee, a tax credit of 25% for the financer, as well as a charge deductible from companies' taxable profits. With the dematerialized CESU, the financer avoids the cost of postage and handling.

The Worklife card, a more efficient and economical alternative to CESU

The Worklife card is an efficient solution for the financing of personal services. Worklife has created an API with the Urssaf, which allows the deduction at source to be taken into account when paying the home care worker. The Worklife credit also allows the financing of childcare hours once the CAF aid has been deducted, thus multiplying by approximately 2.5 the number of hours financed with the same amount compared to the classic Cesu. Worklife also makes it possible to finance all costs, including employee and employer contributions. Finally, users benefit from a 50% tax credit on the amounts remaining to be paid by them.

The Worklife card allows the same social exemptions as the classic CESU. Companies can choose to finance services in an equitable manner or to reward their high-performing employees at a lower cost to them. Moreover, unlike the classic Cesu, the company no longer advances the costs: it only finances what is used.
