About Worklife

Launched in October 2020 by Benjamin Suchar and Sergio Bellon, Worklife is the HR-fintech that enhances the social foundation of companies. We centralize all new-generation employee benefits on a single platform: luncheon vouchers, sustainable mobility packages, teleworking allowances, sports, personal services, gift vouchers, vacations or any other personalized benefit.

Our mission: to finally give economic, ecological and social impact to employee benefits thanks to a fully customizable application, an all-in-one payment card and an HR dashboard, to offer the best possible experience for employees and HR teams.

Worklife is the French leader in CSR benefits and partners over 150 companies and 135,000 employees. Today, we are joining forces with Crédit Agricole to build the most comprehensive benefits offering on the market, including health insurance, retirement, savings and employee share ownership, to reveal the full potential of benefits & compensation policies.
