Collaboration, learning, performance, trust and transparency are the key elements of SThree's corporate culture. In order to continue to bring them to life virtually, it has created regular feedback meetings with its employees, set up moments of debate around the company's strategy, the development of its offer and its performance, adapted the format of events and training, in particular by replacing conferences with co-construction workshops, and completely redesigned the onboarding process for new employees.
